Service Requests

Once a customer accepts a quotation, it becomes a binding agreement between VSquare and the customer.

Additional Requests
Any service changes or additional requests must be formally communicated to VSquare.Off-platform agreements or private arrangements made without our knowledge are not VSquare’s responsibility.
Verification & Payment
Customers must review the completed service before approving and making payment.
Hiring another provider to fix or change our work and then seeking compensation from VSquare is not permitted.
All prices cover labor only, unless materials/spare parts are clearly included in the quotation.
Warranty
Warranty terms depend on the type of service and will be communicated directly. VSquare facilitates warranty claims but terms are service-specific.
Payments & Non-Payment
Customers must pay the agreed amount upon completion.
In case of non-payment, VSquare may take necessary legal action.
Penalty fees may apply depending on service cost and delay (not exceeding QAR 5000).
- Customers are responsible for all legal or recovery charges.
Refund & Compensation Policy
A refund or compensation applies only if:
VSquare technicians cannot resolve the issue after a maximum of two visits, or
A technician refuses to attend the site.
In such cases, a second technician will be assigned. If the issue is confirmed to be caused by the first technician’s work, a refund or compensation will be processed.
Billing Accuracy
We may refuse, modify, or cancel service orders. Customers must provide accurate and updated information at all times.
Third-Party Links
Our site may contain external links. We are not responsible for third-party websites, content, or transactions.
User Feedback
Any comments or feedback submitted may be used by VSquare without obligation.
User comments must not violate laws or third-party rights.
